Cindy has an Associate of Arts degree from Jefferson College in Hillsboro, MO, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (with a major in Illustration) from Ringling College of Art & Design in Sarasota, FL.

She spent 7 years as an online artist for CNN in Atlanta, GA, creating all the graphics you see on air, including the redesign of the network maps.

After moving to Durango in November 2006, Cindy landed a job as an advertising designer for The Durango Herald newspaper. In the spring of 2008 she ventured out on her own, with the creation of Duck Girl Art.
